YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM
Our “USC Young Leaders Program” is a unique initiative by United Sports Cyprus designed to empower and inspire young leaders, aged 14 to 18 to become the next advocates for peace and also exemplary leaders within their community. Our mission is to foster a new generation of young leaders who inspire, motivate, and create positive change within their communities.
The Young Leaders Program (YLP) consists of 15-20 participants island-wide. The program centers on a year-long conflict resolution curriculum, including; communication, peace education, diversity, equity and inclusion trainings, team-building and community service projects.

Leadership Workshops
We offer a series of interactive leadership workshops that cover essential skills and topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, goal setting, diversity, equity and inclusion and conflict resolution.
Community Engagement
Participants have the opportunity to lead and execute their own community projects, putting their leadership skills into practice. They learn the value of giving back to their community and make a positive impact.
Team Building
We emphasize the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Through team-building exercises and activities, participants learn to work harmoniously with others, appreciate diversity, and harness the collective power of a group.
Personal Development
We focus on holistic personal development. Young leaders are encouraged to set personal goals, develop time management skills, and understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
