YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM

The Young Leaders Program is designed to empower young people aged 14–18 to become confident leaders, active citizens, and advocates for inclusion and positive social change. By bringing together participants from diverse backgrounds and communities across Cyprus, the program creates opportunities to build meaningful connections while developing the skills needed to lead with confidence and purpose.

Over the course of a year, participants take part in interactive workshops focused on leadership, communication, conflict resolution, peace education, diversity, equity and inclusion, and teamwork. The program also includes community service initiatives, team-building activities, and hands-on projects that enable young people to identify local challenges and design solutions that create a positive impact.

Through the Young Leaders Program, United Sports Cyprus equips the next generation with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become changemakers in their communities and contribute to a more inclusive and connected society.

Leadership Workshops

We offer a series of interactive leadership workshops that cover essential skills and topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, goal setting, diversity, equity and inclusion and conflict resolution.

Community Engagement

Participants have the opportunity to lead and execute their own community projects, putting their leadership skills into practice. They learn the value of giving back to their community and make a positive impact.

Team Building

We emphasize the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Through team-building exercises and activities, participants learn to work harmoniously with others, appreciate diversity, and harness the collective power of a group.

Personal Development

We focus on holistic personal development. Young leaders are encouraged to set personal goals, develop time management skills, and understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
